The conception of E2 Squared Development Corp was forged over 3 decades ago. Under the tutelage and guidance of Evans Sr. we remained focused and perfected our craft. We then assembled a Team of Tradesmen committed to the delivery of a superior product in their areas of expertise. Together we are able to deliver a quality product across the Home Construction process.

Hello to you all and Welcome to E2 Squared Development Corp. My name is Evans Eximond Jr. and I am a Proud, Floridian born, State Licenced Certified General Contractor. I learned that the journey to becoming an established black male with Haitian ancestral roots is not for the faint hearted. It took sure will power and the passion of Building, Architecture, and satisfaction of seeing projects out through their entirety. I am a well rounded individual who has a keen skill in Project Management and bringing people together under one common goal. Those skills has served me well on the Field and in the ever changing Political business of construction. I look forward to meeting with you as well as working along side you.

Evans Eximond Sr. Entered in the construction industry as skilled Block Mason in the mid- 1980's. Building his name in and through out South Florida with his infectious spirit of working hard and delivering a quality product every time. Those personality traits shaped the image of Evans Sr. back then and separated him from the "Quote" "Unquote" fly by night masons, to the sharp-witted Block Mason who knew his product, material and over all tradesman-ship down to the fraction. With 35 years and counting in the construction industry, his motives have not changed. He is still committed to pleasing the client above all. Proving that the fire with in him will never be put out.

Hello from the E2D Corp's marketing Department, my name is Yvel Eximond and I am the active Marketing Director here at E2 Squared Development Corp. I handle the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategies for the company. All while coordinating and implementing promotional marketing campaigns off of the amount of business increases or decreases. We also are open to analyzing potential strategic partner relationships to expand our reach on providing as many clients with our exceptional services.
